10x it right from the start!
Don't just do a 2x, that's lame.
Hey friends,
This month I’ve been reflecting on how I approach building. For me, it’s never just about making something work - I’m always looking to 10x it right from the start. It takes some brainpower to think this way, but it’s always worth it in the end.
Hopefully you’ll pick up a couple of ideas here you can use in your own projects too.
That’s exactly the strategy I used for Sendit outreach. Since I’m running BD, I built systems around it, and now sellers are signing up daily. If you don’t know what Sendit is, I talked about it in the previous email 👇
This naturally led me to start thinking about building automations for small businesses and startups - systems they can use to scale big. I haven’t fully explored offering services yet, because I value my time more than anything.
That’s why I’m leaning toward packaging these systems as digital product solutions that startups can tweak and customize themselves - or hire me to customize if they want. For now, it’s just an idea I’m exploring.
Speaking of systems,
The update I’m most excited about is Notion’s new offline mode. On paper it’s a small feature, but for me it’s a huge creative unlock. I can now capture thoughts when I’m out in the woods, and everything flows straight back into my setup.
On the business side:
Creators are joining Sendit daily now, which shows the outreach systems are working as supposed too.
Sendit traction is strongest on X, Reddit and LinkedIn
On-Chain Income still drives most traffic through SEO and email
I’ve been testing giveaways and uploading AI agents as lead magnets to build my email list (Soon to test automations)
On the socials platform side, X feels like it’s slowly dying, and Instagram too. That’s why I’ve doubled down on Reddit - it’s one of the few places left with real organic reach.
✨ If there’s a takeaway from all this,
It’s that systems and automation beat one-off efforts every time. Build it once, and it compounds. Whether it’s outreach, product building, or content - the upfront effort always pays off.
And if you’re wondering how I’m able to pull all this off - you guessed it - systems and automations for everything. That’s how I manage to get things done without wasting whole days or burning out. Build the system once, let it run, and then I can focus on the next thing that matters.
If you’re building something yourself, think about which part of your process you can turn into a system. That one change will save you days!
More to come soon,
Nixi ⚡
